Lifespan Integration
Lifespan Integration ( LI) was developed by Peggy Pace, an American therapist, who ‘discovered’ it in 2002, since when she has developed it to promote profound healing and integration for a broad range of issues . There are now over 2000 trained LI therapists worldwide. Founded on sound neurobiological theory, LI works in the body using active imagination, relational attunement and the repetition of a timeline of memory cues to integrate old trauma and split off ego states, healing trauma in a sometimes miraculous way.
The presentation and live demonstration will be part of our Annual Conference on 19th November 2016
Mandy Roland-Smith was originally trained as an Art Therapist and is now a UKCP Integrative Psychotherapist with over thirty years’ experience of working in a variety of therapy settings, including therapeutic communities, third sector counselling agencies, a university counselling service and in private practice. She has specialised in trauma work and is trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Trauma) and EMDR. The discovery of Lifespan Integration transformed her practice, and she now works exclusively using this model. In her spare time Mandy enjoys painting, gardening and fishing.
